There are so many facts to learn about each of the states in the U.S. Use this fun state animal scavenger hunt activity for a fun way to learn about the states.
Each state has its own special facts. Those facts include a flag, motto, tree, bird, animal, and even a song!
I’ve lived in lots of places, so I was able to learn all about special facts for each of them.
I lived in New York where the state flower is the rose and the state tree is the sugar maple.
In Florida, the state flower is the orange blossom and the state tree is, of course, the sabal palm.
This fun scavenger hunt will explore all of the state animals for each of the states. The state animal of New York is the beaver, and Florida’s is the Florida Panther!
You can choose from several different formats when you print your scavenger hunt. There are color and blank ink options as well.
