While your children are learning all about space, share this printable outer space counting game! Keep within the space theme while they practice important counting skills.
Learning is so much more interesting when it is fun.
History classes seemed boring at times when I was tasked with memorizing dates and events. I remembered much more of the material when my teacher played trivia with us.
At test time, I was able to remember many answers to the questions she used during the game.
How I wish there was a game for learning Algebra!
This fun printable game is easy to play and really works on your child’s counting skills.
First, print out the pages, using cardstock to make them durable.
Next, separate the game cards and place them in a stack, face down.
Finally, gather a few manipulatives, such as pom-poms or small erasers to use as game pieces.
Your child will draw a card and follow the directions on the card. There are objects on each card, and they move that number of spaces forward or back.
The first person to land on “END” wins the game!
