There are lots of ways to teach children how to count. This preschool clip card counting activity is a fun, hands-on way to practice with your child.
Worksheets are great for learning and they definitely have a place in education. Sometimes it is great to scrap the paper, though, and grab games and activities to teach concepts.
Children are more likely to engage in activities that are enjoyable and fun.
These clip card wheels will keep your child busy with numbers and counting.
To get started, choose the style you prefer from one of the two versions. One is large with one wheel per page and the other is small with two wheels.
You will also need a handful of small clips or clothespins.
Each set includes practice with numbers one through ten. There is one digit on each wheel.
To play, your child will choose a clip card from the set and identify the digit.
The next step is to review the wheel to find the image with the related number of items. Your child will use a small clip to attach where the image is located.
