Practice having a grateful attitude with this neat, easy, and inexpensive idea. Perfect for at home or in class.

With Thanksgiving coming up around the corner, it serves as a great opportunity to remind ourselves and those around us to practice gratitude.
It’s important to be thankful all of the time throughout the year but this time of year is a good reminder to always be filled with gratitude.
A great way to practice having gratitude and a thankful spirit is by creating a gratitude wall as shown in the link here.
This is a real easy, no preparation, inexpensive activity that the whole family could enjoy partaking in together for this Thanksgiving holiday season.
Start by getting together with your students or your family and grab some sticky post-it notes and pens or pencils. You could also use crayons or markers, whatever you have available to you and prefer.
Begin writing down various things that you can think of that you are grateful for. By hanging up the sticky post-it notes on the walls or mirrors around you in your house, or in the classroom, you are leaving behind many little reminders of all the blessings you have in your life.
