Do you know all the 8 different parts of speech in the English language? The parts of speech are nouns, pronouns, adjectives, prepositions, verbs, adverbs, conjunctions, and interjections.
I am trying to learn another language right now and it is interesting how the language has most of the parts of speech English does but they are located in different areas in the sentence.
it has been pretty difficult for me to learn. I love the English language and enjoy it, but learning a new language has really been a challenge.
However, I am interested in how the parts of speech make up the sentence to communicate. Each part has its purpose, its function, and a sentence cannot be complete unless every part they need in a particular sentence is included.
It is pretty cool actually. Did I forget to tell you that I love the art of grammar and the process by which words all come together to bring about meaning?
I am an English major, so I am slightly biased. I apologize.
