My family had a marvelous time at the 2012 Teach Them Diligently Convention in South Carolina. You can read more about our experience here: The Teach Them Diligently Family Experience. This year we are looking forward to being at both the Spartanburg, SC and Nashville, TN locations. I’ll be the short blond momma with a new girl baby on my hip, pulling a red wagon full of little boys, walking with my 6′ 6″ hubby, and a few other children following us. It is always fun for our family to actually blend in at an event. 😉

My husband and I are privileged to be at an event where we are among like-minded believers who feel the weight and privilege of leading theirr children to Jesus, daily. We don’t take the mandate to train our children lightly. We know that the teaching of our children is not a job for a broken government system, strangers, and unbelievers. It is our job to teach our children diligently, and shine our light for Jesus into this dark world as a family.

And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and thou shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
