I don’t normally complain publicly, but I’m a bit miffed with HEDUA and WPD planners. I’d been looking at them, looking at the bundle discounts and had determined I really only needed the full WPD version. Prior to ordering I received an email from them that the first 100 respondents would receive a 40% off coupon code. I replied and got to a page that said they winners would be notified in 48 hours. When that time came and went without any notice I went ahead and placed my order, only to get a consolation email a few hours later that I could order or 20% off. I asked if they’d apply the discount to my recently places order. Two days later they said it was for new customers only (since that was a first order, I figured I was new) and couldn’t be applied to orders already placed. Now a few days later they’ve given you a nice discount code to share-I feel like I’m the only one paying full price. Sorry for the rant.
Wow Kelly, that DOES sound very frustrating. I’m sorry about that! I’m just the middle man here. I hope your planner is AMAZING though, after all of that.
I know it’s not anything you did or can control and I probably should have stuck with my “no public complaining” policy but that really got to me. Thanks for not taking offense and my being upset.
