I had not heard of this program before today. Sounds like a more fun way than listing to a boring history teacher all day (why are they usually boring when history has so much life left in it?)
We love all periods of history…I’m blessed to have history lovers here! If we had to pick a favorite, I’d say ours is probably the American Civil War.
My sons seem to be fascinated with the Vietnam War. I guess it’s because it’s more contemporary.

That’s hard. We love ancient history, but also medieval, and also American, especially colonial / revolutionary. We also like Lewis & Clark / Westward Expansion / Little House studies. Also Native Americans. We just really like history. 🙂

I think my favorite time-period to study would have to be the “ancients”–Egypt, Greece, Rome, etc.
We really enjoy all of history so it’s hard to pick a favorite time period, but I would have to go with the age of exploration, 1500-1700.

our favorites is ancient history
Right now our favorite time period is learning about the struggles of the colonists and how they trusted in God amidst such adversity and came to befriend the Native Americans. There’s always so much to learn.
