Women’s history month is a month we commemorate the celebration of women in America’s history. Harriet Tubman is one of the most inspiring women in history. Celebrating the month just isn’t the same without recognizing her contributions to our history. This FREE Unit Study on Harriet Tubman is a great place to start celebrating her impact on our nation.
When I think of her I think of how she helped people escape on the Underground Railroad. This study will help your kids learn even more about her like how she led scouting expeditions for the Union Army during the Civil War and her role in the women’s rights movement. Ms. Tubman truly has been in the middle of historical happenings in our nation and we are grateful.
