St. Patricks Day (for kids) is a time to celebrate every green and the meaning of luck. I think we make our own luck so when we talk to our kids about luck, it’s usually focused on how people who work hard and are dedicated usually have the best luck.
Today I’ve got some St. Patricks Day Counting mats featuring a pot of gold and gold coins! If you use chocolate coins your kids will probably feel very lucky, indeed.
To Set Up the St Patricks Day Counting Mats:
Print the pieces on cardstock and laminate (they will last forever this way!). Cut out the coins (or use chocolate ones) and gather some small manipulatives like glass gems.
Count on each card using the 10 frame!
