Incorporating puzzles into your school day helps strengthen your child’s skills while entertaining them. This free spatial reasoning puzzle will be a fun challenge for your child.

Spatial reasoning is the ability to envision object positions and shapes, and how they relate to each other. All of this reasoning is done in one’s mind.
We use spatial reasoning often in our daily lives. We think of ways to neatly pack a grocery bag, or follow a diagram to put something together.
Children begin to learn visual-spatial skills early. These skills help them develop direction sense and to learn mathematics.
Additionally, this activity will help your child practice left and right discrimination and visual-motor skills.
This colorful puzzle uses two starting points and a series of directions. As they follow the directions, your child will determine where the cars will finish.
To reuse this puzzle in the future, laminate the page. Your child can use dry-erase markers to mark their path through the maze.
Take this puzzle with you on a car trip, use it for downtime, or as a treat for finishing work.
