Alphabet playdough mats engage little hands and help them learn to form the letters.
Worksheets make use of visual and fine motor skills. They come in handy for independent practice and review.
Mini-books are very useful for exploring and learning to recognize the alphabet. They can be colored, decorated, and used for tracing practice.
This cute back-to-school mini-book has images to color and words to trace. It covers all of the letters of the alphabet.
To use this activity, print out all of the pages. Allow your child to spend time coloring and decorating their alphabet pages.
You may wish to interact with your child and talk about the letters and sounds while they color.
Once the pages are finished, arrange them and staple or place them in plastic sleeves. The sleeves can be safely stored in a binder.
