A reader wanted me to share her family’s favorite {& free!} online chore chart and reward system. She also shares how it works for her children.
Here’s what she wanted to share:
“At our house we use High Score House. It’s a free online resource for chores and scheduling. You, from the security of your parent dashboard, schedule chores and tasks for your children. The kids earn stars for completing their assigned tasks (star values are 5, 10, or 15stars per task depending on what difficulty level you assign it) They can then turn their stars in for rewards that you the parent set.
Each kid gets their own virtual room where they can keep track of tasks and rewards from. My kiddos love it and we’ve had great success with it. Even my 2 year old even loves being able to check his room and get his chores for simple tasks like, help make my bed and be a good helper.
