I had a rough time when I first moved to a small island. I grew to know a lady from New Zealand who helped me appreciate Godʻs creation all around me.
It helped me to see things differently. She absolutely LOVED flowers. We literally would dive by flowers and she would stop the car just to take selfies with the flowers.
And, yes, she would make me do it too. I am a pretty reserved person and she would drag me out in public to take selfies with a bush of flowers. Ha!
What a great memory for me. Since then, I look at flowers and can really appreciate their beauty.
