I never knew this was an issue, but some have wondered what their part is in Earth Day and if it goes against any Christian values.
I guess maybe my kids and I never had an issue with it since we have done some research on God’s word and what it says about being good stewards of nature.
Many of us never really think about taking care of our land as being a good steward of what God has given us. We think of money, our family, but our land is really something else God speaks of.
Here is just one scripture which tells us about how we should be taking care of the Earth around us.
Genesis 2:15 (ESV), “The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it.”
