Does your child need a little guidance with identifying emotions? These feelings and emotions activities will help your child learn to communicate how they feel.
Just like adults, children can experience powerful feelings. Sometimes they don’t know how to express those feelings appropriately.
Unmanaged emotions can unintentionally cause friction at home. Learning how to cope with and manage feelings starts with identifying them.
These feelings and emotions activities will help your child be more communicative about how they feel.
To use these pages, print them out and separate the strips on the first two pages. These can be laminated and hole-punched for safe storage in a binder.
Go through each card and talk with your child about the emotion on each one. Discuss with them how to express the emotion in a positive way.
Use the emotion pages as a study, reviewing one each week. You can also use them for your child to identify how they feel.
These pages can be colored and decorated in any way your child wishes.
Store your pages in a binder in protective sleeves for future reviewing.
