Kids love learning about different aspects of a farm. Depending on their interests, they may enjoy some parts more than others.
My kids were always enthralled by animals. Even barn cats were more interesting than learning about growing vegetables or machinery.
This set of sorting activities will pair perfectly with any farm study.
The first activity includes a grid and little piggies all wearing a letter of the alphabet. Invite your child to color the pigs, then paste them onto the grid in alphabetical order.
The second activity reviews the months of the year. Your child can color the names of the months, then paste them onto the correct number.
The days of the week activity can also be colored and pasted in order on the numbered sheet.
Each of these sorting activities includes farm-themed pictures your child will enjoy.
