If you’re learning about bugs in your homeschool, these bug counting activity sheets will make a great addition.
Kids love learning about bugs, even if they are afraid of them. They may feel less frightened when they learn that most bugs they come across are harmless.
There are so many interesting things to learn about bugs!
Did you know that bugs have jobs to do to keep ecosystems in balance? They aerate the soil, decompose things to make topsoil, pollinate blossoms, and control other pests.
Who knew that bugs were so important?
These bug-themed counting worksheets will go great with any study about insects.
This is a low-prep activity that will engage your child while helping them learn to count. Numbers 1 through 30 are included in this collection.
Print all of the pages and separate them into fourths.
Match up the number tracing card with the card that shows the same number of bugs. Invite your child to trace the digits, then color the items on the page.
After coloring, offer your child a single-hole punch. Have them choose the correct digit below the items and punch it.
