Black History Month Resources

February is National Black History Month. This is a time when the nation celebrates the achievements and contributions of African-Americans in the United States of America. Studying Black history is also studying American history as a whole. This amazing list of black history month resources will help you integrate Black History lessons in your homeschool throughout the year.

Your kids will learn how Black History Month came about. You can also learn all about and the people that have helped build this country’s rich past and who helped lay a foundation for our future. Learning about Black History isn’t something to keep only for February, it should be integrated to the whole of American History.
