It’s Big Family Friday, so of course I can insert another cute kid picture! That’s my cute kid Liam. He’s a sparkling little boy.
A little update on our family: This week we got settled back in at home from some traveling (the kids went to Grandmothers Farm and I went to Savvy Blogging because I’m oh-so-not-savvy ;)) and whoopee we attacked seasonal clothing switch out. After getting lost in our closets for an entire day I believe we’ve won the war. Oh yes, we are victorious, and dropped off several bags at the thrift store to prove it.
More of our cute kids at Grandmother’s farm. Enjoying nature, horseback riding, and ice skating counts as school, right?!
Here are several great posts from last week’s link-up that you don’t want to miss.
Rebecca shared Crock Pot Caramel Apple Dessert. Yum, just let me eat the picture.
Marianne shared information on teaching math to students with Dyslexia.
Meghan shares information on canning in the oven. This was great information for me since this was my first year home canning.
Sarah from My Joy-Filled Life gave us a great list of Geography Apps. Don’t miss these. I see several that I need to get.
Now it’s your turn. Share your favorite posts to encourage other families. Remember, a “big” family isn’t required – just a love for faith, family, and homeschool!! If you’re not sure what to share read the guidelines here.

OH, that math game looks fun! OH, you had to bring up that big swap out thing….argh, have to get on that…it’s a blessing, though to have clothes to swap out. I need to look at that post on canning…have a garden full of turnip greens….and I REALLY hate I did not make it to the city to meet you…
What an honor to be featured — thank you! I’d love to know how your canning goes.
Thanks for sharing all this great information!
